We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our small but dynamic team in Nicosia, Cyprus. This is a full-time role based in the Nicosia office.
· Maintain employee registers, personnel data, and records in compliance with Cypruslegislation
· Support the hiring process and assist with the onboarding of non-local citizens, including document preparation and monitoring of migration processes
· PrepareHR-related reports and maintain proper documentation
· Participate in internal committees (e.g., Health and Safety Committee)
· Assist the Compliance department in HR-related matters
· Provide support in various ongoing HR activities
· Solid knowledge of Cyprus legislation related to Records Management and Human Resource Management
· Understandingof HR documentation standards and local compliance requirements
· Familiarity with main HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
· Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken) is required
· Russian language skills will be considered an advantage
· Previous experience in migration services will be considered an advantage
· Working experience with Jira and Zoho platforms will be considered an advantage
· Working experience with HR Systems
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
· This position offers a hybrid working model – one day per week from home after successful completion of the probation period

Monthly salary (gross): 1000-2000 EUR*
