Join C.T.Co as an HR Specialist! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to manage employee records, oversee hiring processes, and support daily HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.
· Maintain employee records, personnel data, and accounting, ensuring compliance with Latvian legislation and internal regulations;
· Ensure full administration of the hiring process according to established procedures, as well as provide support in employing foreign citizens (document preparation, process coordination, and supervision);
· Administer and maintain daily personnel-related activities (vacation tracking, changes in employment relationships, transfers to other positions, etc.).
· Knowledge of Latvian legislative requirements regarding document management, labor law, and human resource management;
· Understanding of personnel documentation standards and regulations in Latvia;
· Experience in managing HR processes;
· Fluent Latvian and English language skills (reading, speaking, writing);
· High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
· Good communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.
· Ability to work with MS Office programs, JIRA, and HR information systems (advantage);
· Previous work experience in human resources, administration, office management, or a similar field will be considered an advantage;

Monthly renumeration (gross): €1300 - €1700 *
